Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant appeared at the court of Busan District Court No. 355 on Aug. 31, 2009 to take an oath as a witness of the above court 2009DaMa920 D and E on Aug. 31, 2009 and testified:

A. On June 23, 2008, the fact shows that the defendant expressed to E the desire to “Chewing, Mano,” in FNA clubs 404 around 00:30 on June 23, 2008, by making a false statement contrary to his memory, to question whether or not there exists any such fact”; and

B. The facts revealed that D had no fact that D had been a beer for beer for the Defendant at the above time and place, but D’s defense counsel made a false statement contrary to D’s memory, “I had been on the fluence of the beer for the purpose of harming D,” namely, “I had to get off the beer for the purpose of harming D.”

2. The Defendant was present at the court of Busan District Court No. 355 on August 31, 2009 as a witness for the case of injury to D and E, etc. at the court of Busan District Court No. 355, and testified following oath:

A. On June 23, 2008, Defendant A made a false statement contrary to memory that there was no physical contact with Defendant E’s attorney in the course of assaulting Defendant A, despite the fact that Defendant A had physical contact with Defendant E, and that there was no false statement contrary to memory that there was no physical contact with Defendant E;

B.
