2. Attempted larceny of intrusion upon a structure at night;

A. On September 17, 2017, around 04:01, the Defendant attempted to open the entrance of the above restaurant for the purpose of theft of property by intrusioning into the above restaurant food management “H” managed by the victim G in Osan-si, Osan-si. However, the Defendant failed to bring the entrance door out on the wind, and failed to commit the crime.

B. On September 17, 2017, around 04:15, the Defendant attempted to open the main window on the rear side of the instant restaurant for the purpose of theft of property by intrusioning on the said restaurant, which was operated by the victim I, in front of the latter part of the “J” food operated by the victim I, located in the same building as that of paragraph (1) of the same Article. However, the Defendant attempted to open the main window on the wind where the windows are locked, but failed to do so.

On September 17, 2017, the Defendant attempted to open the entrance of the above restaurant for the purpose of theft of property by intrusioning on the "M" food operated by the victim L, which is operated by the victim L, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si on September 17, 2017, but failed to bring the entrance door out on the wind.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to steal another's building by intrusioning the building at night over three times, but did not bring about such intent.
