Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

B is a shipbuilding of Chinese nationality, and the defendant is a person who operated "D Tour" on the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C and the first floor, and vicariously performed various duties of issuing Chinese documents.

Since August 2012, the shipbuilding of Chinese nationality applying for permanent residence in the Republic of Korea shall submit to the Immigration Office the "certificate of non-criminal record" issued by the Chinese official security country after obtaining a certification from the consular official in the relevant region.

B, while receiving a “certificate of non-criminal records” through the Defendant in order to apply for permanent residence in the Republic of Korea, it became aware that there was a fact that a person was punished for larceny in the past China, and thus cannot obtain a “certificate of non-criminal records,” the Defendant asked the Defendant to forge the “certificate of non-criminal records,” and the Defendant consented to this.

Accordingly, around August 2012, B asked the Defendant to forge “a non-criminal record certificate” and delivered KRW 4 million to the Defendant. The Defendant sent the relevant documents, such as a copy of the heading unit and Chinese identification card, to the e-mailer (E, hereinafter, “E”) who was unable to identify the name of the name of the region in which it was found that it was not in China, and then sent it to the e-mail, and then the Defendant forged B’s “non-criminal record certificate.”

Around January 2013, 2013, E, who received the above request, forged “a certificate of non-criminal record” under the name of the Chinese black, Symal and Mymna, Symna, Symna, Symna, Symna, Symna, Symna, Symna, Symna, Symna, and sent it to the Defendant through international mail. Around April 2013, the Defendant issued “D Tour” a forged “certificate of non-criminal record” to B.
