A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 24, 2016, around 06:20 on July 24, 2016, the Defendant was seated with a knife (33cm in total length, 20cm in length on the knife) and gas gun, a lethal weapon, under the influence of alcohol, in front of his/her residence in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government CD.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a deadly weapon, etc. that is likely to be used for violent crimes without justifiable reasons.

“In doing so, the victim’s head was two times with a steel monst (20cm in total) which is a dangerous object in his residence, and the victim was injured by an open upper part of the two joints, which requires approximately two weeks medical treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
