Punishment of the crime

On January 28, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on July 10, 201. On May 31, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc., (the thief) in the Daegu District Court Branch Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 1, 2015 in the Daegu Detention House. On December 7, 2016, the Defendant was released from imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on December 24, 2018 and passed on January 31, 2019.

At around 03:00 on April 28, 2019, the Defendant opened a set of 35,000 won Abrying Abrying Abrying 100, 29,000 won, which was the victim’s 35,000 won owned by the victim, parked in the front side of Daegu-gu B, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, and stolen 7 copies of the Abrying 100, 200 won, abrying 20, 200 won, and thereafter, from around 04:21 to December 15, 2019, the Defendant stolen the property amounting to KRW 16,51,000 from the victim nine times, as stated in the attached list of crimes.
