1.The part concerning the principal lawsuit in the judgment of the court of first instance shall be modified as follows:

The Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff (Counterclaim).

1. Basic facts

A. On April 21, 2011, the Plaintiff leased a 267.02 square meters on the ground floor (hereinafter “instant store”) among the buildings indicated in the attached Table to the Defendant by setting the period from April 21, 201 to April 20, 2060, such as deposit of KRW 20 million, and rent of KRW 1.6 million on a monthly basis (the rent of KRW 1.6 million, value of KRW 1.6 million, KRW 1.6 million, management fee of KRW 300,000, KRW 3000,000, KRW each month, and the period from April 21, 201 to April 20, 20

After the Defendant received delivery of the instant store and completed the human test construction, he/she operates a restaurant with the trade name “B Net House” from May 201.

B. On August 31, 2011, the Defendant paid KRW 5 million to the Plaintiff the remainder of KRW 5 million and interest on KRW 300,000 for two months, and the lease contract was newly prepared.
