The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall distribute, sell, rent, or openly display obscene codes, letters, sound, images, or motion pictures through an information and communications network.

1. On March 12, 2017, at around 11:08, the Defendant connected the Internet site (D) with the Defendant’s ID “E” at the residence of Gyeyang-gu Incheon apartment and Defendant C, and displayed a 16 copy of a photograph of expanding women’s chest on the bulletin board of the said website “the direct air pressure of Lone Star’s life” and displayed obscene images openly.

2. At around 17:47 on the same day, the Defendant posted a notice on the above Internet site (D) “21-year-old girls and girls pressure” as the title “the 21-year-old girls and girls pressure,” and displayed an obscene image, such as a photograph showing the chests of women, in a manner as described in paragraph (1) at the same time.

3. The defendant has committed the same harm.

4. At around 14:05, at the same place as described in paragraph 1, up to 11:05, up to 11: (a) posted 11 copies, such as pictures extending the sexual organ of women, as “the pressure of Skyone Star Sick’s Sympim” on the above Internet site (D) in the same manner as described in paragraph 1, and displayed obscene images openly.
