A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 16, 2013, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), KRW 2 million for the same crime in the same court on September 19, 2016, and KRW 6 million for the same crime in the same court on April 3, 2017, respectively.

1. On February 26, 2017, the Defendant driven a Rab BM car with approximately KRW 700 meters from the front Do to the front road of the Geum-gu High School while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.108% in the blood transfusion around 00:35 on February 26, 2017.

2. On June 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a C-T-T-T-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W
