A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was aware of the victim C(8 years of age, women)’s external tide and became aware of the fact that he had been able to easily access the victim attending the above schools, while serving as security guards at night from around September 1, 2013 to September 28, 2016 from around 00 elementary schools located in Chuncheon to around September 1, 2016.

1. On August 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act against the victim at the above school guard room; (b) 5,000 won to the victim; and (c) kisk one kisk; and (d) kisk fit with the victim’s own dancing.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age.

2. At the end of August 2016, the Defendant: (a) had the victim kisk to commit an indecent act against the victim at the 1st floor publishing room of the above school; and (b) had the victim 3,000 won and kisk only one kisk.

“Apatising to fit with one another”.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age.

3. On September 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was kiscing the victim to commit an indecent act against the victim in front of the principal hall of the above school; and (b) was kiscing the victim into a class of 1 half of the second year; and (c) was kiscing

“In doing so, the victim’s face was set up with both hands to fit the victim’s face and to place the victim into the victim’s face.”

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age.

4. On September 19, 2016, around 18:00 on September 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act against the victim in front of the said school’s sentiments; (b) intending to take the victim into the publication room on the first floor of the main hall; (c) 3,000 won to the victim; and (d) kising one k to fit with the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age.

5. On September 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act against the victim before the principal hall of the above school; and (b) took the victim’s face by placing the victim with his/her hand; and (c) took sparing it.
