Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2014, at around 22:30, the Defendant: (a) received a report that the proprietor is taking advantage of the roadway, and (b) moved the Defendant to a safe delivery, the police officer of the Seoul Suwon Police Station C police box, who called the Defendant, sent to the site at around 656 Sipo-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the Defendant obstructed the legitimate performance of duties by the police officer on the handling of 112 reported duties by assaulting the Defendant, such as spiting down, spiting, drinking, drinking, spiting, spiting, drinking, and walking down two times the chest of the said D, and walking knee two times.
