1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

In light of the above, the general allocation drawing of the ship was presented, and the drawing was written as “the building date of the ship: August 1, 1999; and “F”.

(hereinafter “instant sales contract”). At the time, Defendant D affixed a seal to the said sales contract as a broker of the said sales contract.

5) On April 20, 201, according to the above sales contract, the Plaintiff remitted 47 million U.S. dollars to O on April 20, 201. 6) The instant vessel was towing to Busan Cheongdong on May 8, 2011, and the Plaintiff confirmed that most of the instant vessels were corrosion and mountainized in the process of repairing the said vessel to fit for business purposes, and discovered the documents stating the name of the vessel and the date of shipbuilding in the process of removing the seafarers’ accommodation.

7 The Plaintiff requested Defendant B to verify the condition of the instant vessel, and Defendant D on June 1, 201.
