A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around July 16, 2013, the Defendant was driving a eFwelst vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.105% without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 400 meters from the front of the future members of Gwangjin-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Seoul to the front road of the same Eupncheon-gun Youth Assembly.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of B EF rocketing car registered under the name of the Defendant’s mother C.

In spite of the fact that anyone is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on the road, the defendant operated the motor vehicle without mandatory insurance at the date, time and place specified in paragraph (1).
