A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2, 2007, the Defendant was punished by a fine of 700,000 won for the violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on October 2, 2007, and the same court on September 25, 2009 has a power to impose a fine of 1.5 million won for the same crime.

1. On April 12, 2014, the Defendant driving a motorcycle without a license for a motorcycle, and on April 12, 2014, at around 0.072% of alcohol concentration, the Defendant driven a 3km without a license for a motorcycle (effective MIDS110) with a volume of 3km from the road before a Yan-gun, Young-gun, Young-gun, Young-gun, Nam-gun, Seoul, to the front road of the Yancheon-gun, Namcheon-gun, Namcheon-gun, Nam-gun, Namcheon-gun, Nam-gun, Nam-gun, and the road of the Eup.
