Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A. 3) On July 8, 2019, around 18:40 on July 8, 2019, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g out of approximately 0.2g of the opon phone purchased on the same day into a single-use copter and dilution into the scoppon blood line. 4) On July 9, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime on July 9, 2019, at the trade scopterine guest room located on the half-round 00 of Jinju City around July 9, 2019, at the 0.2g of 0.1g of the opon phone purchased on July 8, 2019.
