A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a freezing train in C.

On December 20, 2014, at around 05:40, the Defendant driven the above vehicle and proceeded along two lanes from the direction of the inspection station in Ulsan-gun to the large village.
