A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Bsch Rexton car.

1. Around August 21, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) driven the said car and proceeded with approximately 20 KKm per hour on the side on which he was replaced by driving the car and driving it on the front side of the Gu Yu-dong in Sinsan-si.
