Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:00 on September 18, 2012, the Defendant driven a ChoxG car in a state of under the influence of alcohol of about 100 meters from a section of approximately 100 meters of alcohol alcohol concentration to an electronic Ireland 21, located in the same Dong from a road in which it is impossible to identify the trade name located in the Oran City.
