Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, E, and B co-principaled Defendant A is a person operating a printing shop of the trade name “I” in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon. Defendant E is a person operating a printing shop of the trade name “K” in the Jung-gu, Daejeon, and Defendant B is an employee working for the said Company.

The Defendants manufactured advertisements of sexual traffic business establishments and recruited them in order to increase profits, and Defendant A from March 2013 to March 2013.

3. From around 16:00 of the above "I" office at around 25:16:00, Defendant B, an employee of the above "K", in collusion with Defendant E, the owner of the above "K company, requested the production of a printing board necessary for the production of the above printing board, and the above printing board was produced at KRW 24,400,00, and Defendant A produced approximately 80,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,000,00,00,00,00.

2. Defendant D and C’s co-principal intent to prepare for the arrangement of sexual traffic arrangement business, to publicize in advance the sexual traffic business establishments that they operate, and the same year from around 20:00 on March 28, 2013

4.1. From 20:15 to 20:15, from the Seo-gu Daejeon N Daily, a name-type leaflet with a phrase indicating a sexual traffic business establishment purchased upon request from A, as set forth in paragraph 1, was loaded in and distributed on the street with a passenger car with no identification of the number.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to advertise commercial sex acts establishments, and at the same time distributed leaflets to suggest commercial sex acts, which are harmful media products to juveniles.
