A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 21, 1981, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of the suspended sentence for larceny at the Seoul Northern District Court; two years of the suspended sentence for one year; two years of the suspended sentence for larceny at the Seoul Eastern District Court on March 14, 1984; two years of the suspended sentence for one year; two years of the suspended sentence for larceny at the Seoul Southern District Court on March 7, 198; one year of the suspended sentence for eight months at the Seoul Central District Court on June 4, 1991; one year and six months of the suspended sentence for larceny at the Seoul East East District Court on March 19, 193; one year and one year and six years of imprisonment for nine years with prison labor for a violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes Act at the Seoul East District Court on September 28, 1995; and one year and nine years for a violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes Act at the Seoul East District Court on February 27, 1996; one year and nine years for one year from the Seoul East District Court on the Aggravated Punishment Act.

1. From around 11:00 on December 19, 2014 to around 12:00 on December 19, 2014, the Defendant cut off one part of a wall with cash amounting to KRW 17,000,000, a market price of KRW 20,000, which includes cash 17,000, identification cards, credit card cards, etc., from a street point in front of the “E” parking lot located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to a street point in front of the “E” parking lot.

2. Between April 15, 2015 and April 15, 2015, the Defendant left the said D market and between April 4, 2015 and April 15:15, 2015, where the victim G neglected surveillance of rice.
