【Criminal Facts】
1. Larceny;
A. On March 4, 2019, at around 19:50, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with one book of “the aged and the sea” equivalent to KRW 3,900 of the market price where the victim D was displayed in a separate book of “the aged and the sea”; (b) one book of “morrogate” equivalent to KRW 53,000 of the market price; and (c) one book of “the statement of good faith” equivalent to KRW 36,000 of the market price, which is equivalent to KRW 36,00 of the market price.
B. At around 13:55 on March 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with a 14 K gold bar amounting to KRW 450,000 in the market price where the victim G provided other customers with a cresh in the “F” store located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E; and (b) the victim G provided other customers with a cresh in the display stand.
C. The Defendant, from March 12, 2019 to around 19:30 on the same day, was the victim at the “I” store located in the B third floor of Daejeon-dong Daejeon-gu.
