Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of BM520 automobile.

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

1. On October 14, 2010, at around 07:06, the Defendant operated the said automobile not covered by mandatory insurance on the roads near the Taesan river station located in Ulsan-gu.

2. On October 20, 2010, at around 16:53, the Defendant operated the said automobile not covered by mandatory insurance in the direction of Busan, 219.6 kilometers.

3. On November 9, 2010, the Defendant operated the said motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance within 12.6 kilometers in the direction of the passage of the highway Daejeon, through the Dong-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, on November 15, 2010.

4. On November 25, 2010, at around 16:58, the Defendant operated the said motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance at 83.5 kilometers of the New Daegu Busan Metropolitan and Busan Metropolitan Highway (Seoul Metropolitan City Do Masan-dong).

5. On November 27, 2010, the Defendant operated the said motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance at a 40.9 kilometer point of the New Daegu Deputy Highway (Central Line) around 22:29 kilometers.

6. On December 22, 2010, at around 07:34, the Defendant operated the said motor vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance at the 61.4 kilometer of the New Daegu Busan Metropolitan City Highway (Cheongdo Cheongdo Cheongdo Cheongdo Do Do).

7. On February 12, 201, at around 14:51, the Defendant operated the said motor vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the 352.4 kilometer of the Gyeong Highway Seoul (Acheonan).

8. On March 27, 2011, around 08:37, the Defendant operated the said automobile not covered by mandatory insurance on the front of the extreme dong apartment located in the Busan Seo-gu, Busan.

9. On May 3, 201, at around 13:29, the Defendant operated the said motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance at the net 49.2 kilometers of the Southern Sea Highway.

10. On May 4, 201, at around 13:47, the Defendant operated the said automobile not covered by mandatory insurance at the net 49.2 kilometer of the Southern Sea Highway.

11. On June 7, 201, the Defendant is located in the Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Muwon-si Ho-gu, and the head of Si-Eup-Myeon.
