Punishment of the crime

B is the representative director of H (hereinafter “H”) for the purpose of gathering earth, sand, and rock, wholesale and retail business, etc. in Gyeongdong-gun G, Hanam-dong, and Defendant A is the person who carried on the business of collecting aggregate in the above H.
