Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants are the mother-and-child simplified, and Defendant A promised to marry with the victim D (n, 32 years of age), but due to frequent dispute with the victim, the victim was notified of objection by the victim. Around that time, the victim was pregnant of Defendant A’s son.
1. Defendant A
A. On September 19, 2013, around 22:00, the Defendant was found in the residence of the victim, E apartment 202 dong 904, Dongcheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, 2013, and the victim notified the victim of his/her refusal to meet and opened his/her door as above, and forced the Defendant into a door to enter the victim’s residence and invaded the victim’s residence.
B. At around 22:30 on the same day as the above paragraph (a), the Defendant: (a) invaded the victim’s residence at the above apartment 202 parking lot; (b) discovered the FM3 car owned by the victim and searched the victim’s vehicle out of the house when he was demanded to return from the mother of the victim; and (c) searched the vehicle against the victim’s will, by means of the key to the above car, which was corrected by using the key to the victim’s moving route; and (d) searched the victim’s vehicle at the latest destination of the NF3 car located within the said apartment 202 parking lot.
C. On October 8, 2013, the Defendant made a phone call to the victim at around 00:01, 201, and threatened the victim with “I am in the direct nature of the deceased. I am in flick’s family and workplace. I am flick’s soc that I am flick. I am flick’s soflicking, flicking, and flicking, flick. Ne photograph flick. I am on the Internet, and threatened the victim with any injury on the part of the victim.”
2. Defendant B
A. On October 7, 2013, the Defendant, at around 15:00, found in the Dongcheon-si H office located in G in the Gyeonggi-si where the victim works, thereby gathering a room against the victim D in the presence of a majority of the said H employees.
