Punishment of the crime

1. On November 19, 2013, the Defendant posted a false statement to the victim E that he/she had access to the Internet “China” website and sold the carcas, and that this paper made the victim E sell the carcas as if he/she had sold the carcas.

However, the defendant did not have a cart and received the price of the goods from the victim, and only he thought that it would be used as living expenses, etc., but did not have the intention or ability to sell the goods to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received 60,000 won from the victim to the single bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day as the price of the goods from the victim, from March 24, 2014, and acquired 600,000 won in total from the victims over 11 times from that time, such as the list 1 as shown in the annexed Crime List 1.

2. On March 8, 2014, the Defendant posted a false statement to the victim F that he/she had access to the Internet “Chromarket” website and sold an Ambropoer, and that this article was false as if he/she sold the Ambropoer to the victim F.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have a spawn and received the price of goods from the victim, but did not have any intention or ability to sell the goods to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 55,00 from the victim to the external bank account under the name of the Defendant on the same day, as the price for goods, and acquired KRW 145,000 from that time to March 23, 2014, a total of KRW 145,00 from the victims three times, as shown in the attached Table 2 of Crimes List 2.
