1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 24,034,246 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 30, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant from September 1, 2001 to April 15, 201, and provided labor; the Plaintiff’s retirement allowance accrued during the pertinent period was 25,034,246; the Defendant paid KRW 1,00,000 to the Plaintiff on July 16, 2014; or the Defendant paid KRW 1,00,000 to the Plaintiff on July 16, 2014, and appropriated the principal of the retirement allowance to the principal of the retirement allowance; or it is recognized in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement in subparagraph 1. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the remaining retirement allowance of KRW 24,034,246, and interest calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act from April 30, 2014 (the date 14th day after the retirement date) to
