Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around the subway 2 located in the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Sacheon Station near the Newcheon Station; (b) as a public official C belonging to the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office B, the Defendant was subject to the control due to the fact of violation of the Waste Management Act that the Defendant dumped cigarette butts without permission at the above place; (c) notified D’s name and resident number known to the past time due to the contingency; and (d) ordered the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office to impose a fine for negligence on D.

Accordingly, the defendant used D's resident registration number unlawfully.
