Punishment of the crime

A. From around 09:09 on August 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered the keys of the victim C in the second floor of the Seongdong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Sungwon-si building B, and opened an entrance by using the keys that the victim was in custody of the entrance; and (b) invaded inside the said main points; and (c) stolen with cash 400,000 won managed by the victim, which was in possession of the Defendant’s imprisonment without prison labor.
B. From around 02:32 on July 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; (b) and intrusion on a structure: (c) around 02:32, 2019, the Defendant stolen the property worth KRW 2,693,00,000, in total, on ten occasions, including the following: (d) the Defendant: (a) opened the entrance by using a security card that the victim was in custody of the first floor mail on the building; and (b) intruded the victim inside the said house; and (b) the Defendant stolen the property with a cash worth of KRW 15,00,000, managed by the victim, which was in the Defendant’s imprisonment without prison labor, from the time to July 16, 2019.

A.
