Punishment of the crime

On April 17, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch on April 17, 2018, and on June 28, 2019, the same court sentenced the Defendant to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, and completed the execution of each of the above punishment

【Criminal Facts】

1. On January 7, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) and violated structure: (a) on January 7, 2020, at the “D” car page of the victim C’s operation in Ansan-si B; (b) opened a window that is not corrected and intruded into a car page; and (c) carried 20,000 won in cash owned by the victim.

As a result, the defendant intruded on a structure managed by the victim, and was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times due to larceny, etc., but stolen the victim's property during the repeated crime period.

2. From January 24, 2020 to February 12, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) entered and intrudes into the “G” border point of the victim F’s operation of the Gu E during Ansan-si, through a closed door of the place where the Defendant was not corrected, and subsequently cut off and steals the cash owned by the victim and 304,000 won, which was located at the bend in the bend, from around that time to around July 14, 2020, and was sentenced to imprisonment more than 3 times by larceny, etc., as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table from around that time to February 12, 2020, again intruded the victim’s structure at night during the period of the repeated crime, and stolen the cash amounting to KRW 994,00
