Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment as to the Defendant’s grounds of appeal in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court and the first instance court, the lower court is justifiable to have convicted all of the charges of this case (excluding the acquittal portion). Examining the reasoning of the judgment of the court below in light of the records, it is just to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance which affirmed or acquitted the judgment of the court of first instance that found the Defendant not guilty on the facts charged of this case (excluding the part concerning the charge) on the ground that there is no proof of the crime. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of misapprehending the legal principles as to the elements for establishment of a crime,

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
