A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act is a person in charge of driving a gallon vehicle;

3. No motor vehicle owner who has violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle with no mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, on March 9, 2014, at around 09:00, the Defendant operated a gallon vehicle with approximately KRW 30 km from the front of the Defendant’s residence in Ulsan Jung-gu on the same day to the front road of the Dju station located in Chungcheongnam-si on the same day on the same day.
