A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 6403"

1. On August 14, 2014, around 14:00, the Defendant ordered the victim C, D, E, F, G, and H to pay food costs normally to the victim C who operates the said restaurant at the “J” restaurant located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and ordered the victim C to spath, spath, and 3 bottles.

However, the Defendant was in the absence of any means of settlement, such as cash and credit card, and there was no intention or ability to pay the amount normally.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received from the victim the delivery of 5,000 won to spawres, sugar, spawres, and 3 spawres.

In addition, from that to September 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving six victims on a total of six occasions, such as the attached Table I, as described in the attached Table I, and received property equivalent to the sum of KRW 125,00,00, such as alcohol and alcohol; and (b) provided taxi services equivalent to KRW 19,320, and acquired property benefits equivalent to the same amount.

2. Fraud and interference with business activities against the victim K, L, M, N,O, P, Q, and R;

In addition, from that to September 12, 200, the Defendant deceiving eight victims over a total of eight times, as described in the attached Table II, by means of the foregoing method from that to September 27, 2015, and by deceiving eight victims, as in the attached Table II, property equivalent to the sum of KRW 187,00,000, such as alcohol and alcohol.
