1. As to KRW 50,400,80 and KRW 49,384,850 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,40,80 from December 11, 2014, KRW 1,015,950.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendant substantially discontinued its business on August 1, 2014, and was unable to pay wages and retirement allowances to 18 workers including A at the time.

B. On December 11, 2014, the Plaintiff paid KRW 49,384,850 to 17 workers, including A, and KRW 1,015,950 to B on December 17, 2014.

According to the above facts of determination, the Plaintiff is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 50,400,80,800 (=1,015,950 won in total) and KRW 49,384,850 in total for substitute payment from December 11, 2014 to December 17, 2014, for KRW 1,015,950 in total, from September 22, 2017 to September 22, 2017, the original copy of each of the instant payment orders from the next day to the day of full payment, to the day of full payment.

3. According to the conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
