A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as a naturalization woman from Vietnam, is a self-employed person who operates D stores in Kimpo-si, and Eul, as a non-professional employment visa (E-9) on May 17, 2000, enter Korea and is an illegal stay for May 17, 2005, whose sojourn period expired on August 22, 2012.

Upon the expiration of the period of sojourn, the Defendant recruited to create a forged international driver's license for E in order to use it for a large number of identification cards and E which were illegal stay.

On August 2010, the Defendant issued a forged Vietnam's international driver's license from G and delivered it to E in order to create an international driver's license. In order to create an international driver's license, the Defendant issued two certified photographs, two passports, and multiple pens, etc. to the Defendant, and the Defendant issued the forged Vietnam's international driver's license from G and issued the forged Vietnam's license to E.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the Vietnamese International Drivers' Licenses, which is a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising jointly with E.
