1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On November 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 02:45, at the right side of the literature 526-1 located in Nam-gu, Incheon, Namdong Police Station, from the police officer F, who belongs to the Namdong Police Station, in order for the Defendant to stop on the ground that the Defendant violated the signal and operated a Gholow-low-car, but was demanded to stop on the ground that the Defendant would be exposed to unauthorized Driving; (b) thereby, the Defendant escaped. Accordingly, the defendant carried a dangerous object, thereby obstructing the police officer's legitimate performance of official duties on traffic control, and causing the injury of public officials.

B. On November 2, 2017, from around 00:00 to around 04:20, the Defendant driven a G-low vehicle without a driver’s license in a section of about 59 km from the members of Ansan-si to the members of Ansan-si from the Gangnam-gu, Incheon to the Gonam-dong of the members of Ansan-si.

On November 2, 2016, 2016, the Defendant was also the offender, and the Defendant was also the victim of the said car in front of the Defendant’s residence located in Ansan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si. “If contact is made by the police, the Defendant should undergo an investigation at the point of contact, and the Defendant’s unauthorized license did not change to a survey instead of the driver.
