1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff was newly appointed as a middle school teacher on March 15, 1985, and was promoted to an assistant principal on June 1, 2010, and has served as an assistant principal in charge of life guidance for the above schools until now since the transfer to a junior high school on September 1, 2012.

B. On August 23, 2016, according to the resolution of the Gyeonggi-do General Disciplinary Committee for Public Educational Officials, the Defendant took a one-month disciplinary measure against the Plaintiff for suspension from office (hereinafter “instant disciplinary measure”).

From August 28, 2013 to September 17, 2013, the Plaintiff did not take measures prescribed by each Act and subordinate statutes regarding sexual indecent acts against E students of teachers D (hereinafter “victim”) (hereinafter “victims”) committed as follows (hereinafter “instant sexual indecent acts”) (hereinafter “victims”), as follows: (a) Article 34 of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (hereinafter “Juvenile Protection”); (b) Article 20 of the Act on the Prevention of and Countermeasures against Violence in Schools (hereinafter “School Violence Prevention Act”); (c) reporting obligation in accordance with the Master Plan for the Education of Human Rights of Gyeonggi Students’s Living Rights; (d) holding the Autonomous Committee for Countermeasures against School Violence under Articles 12, 14, and 16 of the School Violence Prevention Act; and (e) taking measures, such as the protective measures against victim students:
