A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인 A 피고인은 2018. 4. 8. 02:50경 진주시 C에 있는 'D‘ 앞 노상에서 피고인이 피해자 B(29세)의 일행인 E(가명)를 추행하였다는 이유로 피해자와 시비하던 중 손으로 휴대전화를 들고 있는 피해자의 손을 때리고, 바닥에 떨어진 휴대전화를 주우려던 피해자의 손을 발로 걷어찼다.

2. Defendant B

A. B.
