A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 20, 2013, at night, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the heating department of the heating department factory in Nam-gu, Nam-gu; (b) opened a locking unit using the date type D (hereinafter referred to as the “ date type D”) in advance; (c) opened a locking unit using the date type D (200,000 won in cash from the wall of the victim E; and (d) from that time until June 8, 2013, as described in subparagraphs 1 through 6, 8, 9, and 11 of the attached list of crimes, the Defendant took up the property owned by the victims in the aggregate nine times in the same manner at the 2 heating department factory, the post board factory, the small board factory, the second post board factory, and the 2nd steel department factory in the Sluice 2) factory in the same manner.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by others at night, and stolen the victims' property at least nine times in total.

2. On June 5, 2013, around 20:30 on June 5, 2013, the Defendant attempted to cut off the above things by using a fixed type dricker, which was prepared in advance in front of the victim F's right box, and attempted to take out the cash of the victim, but did not discover any money and valuables to be stolen. However, as described in Article 7, 10, 12, and 13 of the List of Crimes, the Defendant attempted to cut off the money and valuables from the time to the 8th day of the same month, even though he attempted to cut off the cash of the relevant victims four times in total by the same method in the 4th place.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure managed by others at night, and attempted to steals the victims' property at least four times in total, but attempted to do so.
