A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

814,800 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

No person of "2018 Highest 3596" shall distribute, sell, rent, or openly display obscene images or videos through an information and communications network.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

1. Around June 4, 2017, around 2017, the crime was committed by B, in the Seo-gu Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Internet file sharing site, published obscene videos of “D” as obscene videos of “D” to “B,” and around that time, from around to July 28, 2018, a total of KRW 2,500,000, as shown in the [Attachment Table 1] from around the day to July 28, 2018.

2. On October 8, 2016, around 2016, in F apartment G of Daegu Northern-gu, the Internet file sharing website, the obscene videos of the title “H”, as well as the obscene videos of the title “H,” around that time, from around October 10, 2017 to around April 10, 2017, as shown in attached Table 2, the obscene videos of the 2975 broadcast and sold them, thereby gaining profits of KRW 4,070,000.

3. Around June 1, 2018, around 1, 2018, the crime I opened obscene videos of the title “J” to “I”, a Internet file-sharing site, as well as from around that time to October 5, 2018, a total of 157 times from around 2018, as shown in the attached Table 3 of Crimes List 1,578,000, by selling obscene videos.

Accordingly, the Defendant distributed and sold obscene images or videos through the information and communications network.

No one shall distribute, sell, rent, or openly display obscene images or videos through an information and communications network.

Nevertheless, around 2015, the Defendant opened a obscenity video of the title “M” in which L and past female-friendly groups have a sex relationship with K, which is an Internet file sharing site.

Accordingly, the Defendant distributed obscene images or videos through the information and communications network.
