Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 500,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operates a clothing sales store under the trade name of “E” in Asan City, and Defendant B is the husband of A as a self-employed person, and the victim F and the victim G is a person who operates the clothing sales store under the trade name of “H” from the above “E” clothing sales store.

1. The Defendants co-offender found the “H” clothing sales store operated from around 15:50 on September 14, 2013 to 16:50 on the same day by Asan City (n, 22 years of age) and obstructed the victim’s clothing sales business by force by force by finding out the customers who want to enter the said shop by avoiding disturbance, such as having the victim take a large voice, and having the victim take a heavy desire, on the ground that the victim sells the same kind of female clothes as the Defendant. Defendant A sold the same kind of female clothes. Defendant A expressed a large voice to the victim, and Defendant A expressed a large voice to the victim.

2. Defendant A brought a dispute with the victims for the same reasons as the date, time, place, etc. set forth in paragraph (1) at the time, and in a place set forth in paragraph (1). Defendant A brought the victim’s knife with knife the shoulder of the victim G, and knife the victim’s knife with knife with knife, and continued knife with knife with the victim’s knife at one time, and pushed the victim

As a result, the Defendant assaulted the victim G, and inflicted injury on the victim F, such as salt, tension, etc. in the trend that requires two-day medical treatment.
