A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant committed an indecent act two to three times against the victim C (nive, 18 years of age) by drinking the part of the victim with his/her hands from the time when the victim she had to move to an elementary school to the high school, or by drinking the part of the victim, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the victim's kinship by force.
