Accordingly, the defendant stolen property by intrusion upon another person's residence.

1. On April 19, 2018, around 10:00, the Defendant infringed upon a house by the victim P located in Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, and the same year from January 30, 2018, including intrusion into an inner and small room through the open back door.
