1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On February 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) went into D University E managed by D University located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul; (b) went into the second floor through the open entrance; (c) was stolen by taking the victim F, who was kept in the front door of the building; and (d) was 90,000 won at the market price of Samsung E, a victim F, the victim F, which was kept in the front door of the building; and (c) was stolen from the above date and time to March 1, 2019, the Defendant infringed on the building managed by D University at night by D University No. 1 through No. 4 times a year from the above date and time to March 1, 2019, and stolen the property owned by four victims, respectively.

2. Defendant B is a person who operates K, which is a company selling the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu's I 7th century.
On December 14, 2018, the Defendant purchased a middle- and high-speed plug No. 1 from “K” store and from “A” store.
In such cases, the defendant who is engaged in the trade of a medium-sized computer shall accurately state the personal information of the seller and confirm the motive, etc. of the sale.
