Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 5,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 18, 2012, Defendant A sought an additional order for drinking while having friendly B, D, and alcoholic beverage in the Daegu Northern-gu C cafeteria at around 23:50 on December 18, 2012, Defendant A and the above B met this.

Accordingly, the Defendant: (a) laid down the small-scale ward owned by the victim E (n, 58 years of age) who is an employee of the said restaurant; (b) laid down the small-scale ward on the floor; and (c) took a bath to the victim, “Ye, Dok Dok wk wk wk wk wk wn wk wn wn wn wn wn wn wn wn wn wn wn wn wn wn? wn wn wn wn wn wn wn wn? wn wn wn wn wn wn wn

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

2. On December 19, 2012, the Defendants received a demand from the police slope G belonging to the police officer G belonging to the F District of the Northern Police Station called out, and the police officer G and the police officer H to “booming in a restaurant” at the same place as Paragraph 1, at around 00:27, the Defendants were subject to the demand of the Defendants to “accomponing in a restaurant” at the same time as Paragraph 1.
