1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 240,00,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from March 14, 2018 to July 13, 2018; and (b) the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On May 1, 2013, C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”) purchased a parcel of land in the attached Table 9 located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ddong (hereinafter “Ddong”) (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”) and promoted a project for constructing multi-family housing on the ground (hereinafter “instant project”).

B. C sold part of each of the instant lands, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the buyer’s name.

The details of change in the name of the owner on each land of this case shall be as follows.

In March 26, 2015, sale and transfer registration for ownership have been completed only for shares 1405/454 shares on March 26, 2015.

F On November 16, 2015, the co-owned property partition C, as of November 16, 2015, was transferred to F's 1405/454 shares, and registered as the land owner.

G. G Co., Ltd. on November 18, 2015, G Co., Ltd. on December 23, 2015, which reverts to the trust property on March 21, 2019, C.
