1. Basic facts

A. The ownership relationship between Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C Forest Land 793 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”), D previous 292 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) and the Incheon Gyeyang-gu E prior 633 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) was changed as indicated below.

On June 19, 209, Korea Land Trust (Trust on June 19, 2009) (Sale on August 25, 2009), on the land of this case, 132.22/793 of the land of this case, Daol Real Estate Trust Co., Ltd. (Trust on September 25, 2009), on September 18, 2006, G (registration on September 15, 2006), Korea Land Trust Co., Ltd. (Registration on April 17, 2009, reverted to trust property on April 17, 2009), Korea Land Trust (Registration on April 17, 2009, Trust on April 17, 2009), which belongs to the trust property of this case (Registration on April 17, 2009, Trust on the trust property of this case) on October 18, 2010.

B. On September 2006, G entered into a sales contract for the instant land and the instant land of 264,264,000 square meters and buildings without permission on the ground of 20 square meters and 20 square meters of land of Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, and agreed to transfer the ownership of each of the instant real estate to a multilateral real estate trust.

C. On November 3, 2006, H entered into a sales contract with the non-party company for the instant paragraph (3) and 44 square meters of land and its ground-free buildings in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, J-gu, and agreed to transfer the ownership of each of the said real estate to the Multi-Real Estate Trust, while receiving the sales price, at the same time, H entered into a sales contract for the purchase price of 573,412,000.

Defendant A, around 199, indicated in the attached Form No. 11, 4, 5, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 11 of the land of this case.
