Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a business owner of an officetel under the trade name called " Q" in the name of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Ctel 417, 814, 922, 1012, 1102, and 1109, and Defendant N entered into an agreement with the above A to attract sexual buyers by advertising commercial sex on the Internet website, such as "R," and to receive KRW 10,000 won per sex buyer.
