On March 14, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 4 months of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud and larceny in the Incheon District Court Branch of the Incheon District Court on March 14, 2013 and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 22, 2013.

1.
