The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Around 17:00 on October 7, 2020, the Defendant assaulted the victim due to the following reasons: (a) the victim E (41) who is a workplace partner, and the victim E (41) who is a workplace partner in the office of Busan Shipping Daegu building C, Busan, on the ground that the Defendant would speak against the Defendant; (b) the Defendant was in dispute; (c) the victim was tightly pushed back the chest part of the victim’s chest; and (d) the Defendant was boomed with the victim’s face.

2. The instant case is a crime falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act, and cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s reputation pursuant to Article 260(3) of the same Act. The record reveals that the victim expressed his/her intent not to be punished for the Defendant after the instant indictment. Thus, the instant indictment is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
