A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts
The Defendant has maintained internal ties between the victim C (V, 48 years old) and approximately six years.
1. Around 15:30 on May 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim C (age 48) who was found to have a conversation with the Defendant at the Defendant’s residence located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D and 1st underground floor; (b) took a look at the victim’s left side, head, and body in drinking with the victim’s desire to “this opening year”; (c) was frighten the victim’s head head, fright the victim’s head; (d) was fright the victim’s head; (e) was fright the victim’s head; (e) was fright the victim’s head; and (e) was fright the victim’s clothes frightened by the Defendant’s assault; and (e) was fright the victim’s chest into the victim’s chest; and (e) was fright the victim’s left side and fright the victim’s sound; and (e) was frighted by the Defendant’s rape into the victim’s port.
2. Rape;
