1. The defendant shall pay 45,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 25% per annum from April 30, 2018 to the day of full payment.

1. Indication of claim: The Defendant embezzled KRW 45,094,300 through 35 times from around August 2014 to April 2017 as a person who was engaged in the sales and collection of money at the Plaintiff Company, and embezzled KRW 45,094,30 through 35 times from around October 2016 to around April 2017 as a result of its occupational storage.

On January 17, 2018, the Defendant agreed to pay 45,000,000 won out of the amount of damage to the Plaintiff in installments from the end of April 2018 to the end of September 2030, and to pay 300,000 won each month from the end of September 2018 to the end of September.

However, the defendant has a duty to pay the above principal and interest, since he has lost the benefit of the time due to the failure to pay only once.
